The staff themselves were nice enough. We did not have high expectations at all, but still we were left disappointed. The moment we entered our room, it had an odd smell. The bathroom was FILTHY, with several cockroaches running around. The bathroom was weirdly warm all the time, and the water in the shower was colder than I’d like. The AC was clearly not working properly, since the room never stopped being too warm, so the noisy ceiling fan was on all the time to make it bearable. The room was dirty, floors hadn’t been cleaned properly and the bed itself was one fart away from collapsing. The included breakfast was poor, the worst breakfast we’ve had in India. Microwaved toast and omelette with way too much onion, every single day. When we were in Kochi we did as much as we could to stay outside our hotel, even in the brutal and humid heat. We will not return.

Filthy and disgusting … The staff was ok. Basically, the hotel smells like garbage, room wasn’t clean. In fact, there were cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast they served was to die… of ⚰️👀. Think we were the only guests there - understandably. Will not return.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The owner is super kindly and stuffs also grate work for customer. They keep clean in the hotel every day. Every day make up and change towel. Security also perfect because 24hours stuffs stay front.

Don’t visit here at any cost ,if you have any other options please opt that or Better to sleep in car itself .

Very very pathetic and terrible experience I had there ,please Don’t visit anyone here -Room has bad odor and smell which we can’t resist - Room furniture is sticky with dirtyness and not even cleaned or wipe off with any cloth -walls are dirty

Beautifully located in heart of Fort Kochi.with very spacious rooms and clean sparkling bathrooms.Great price.superb services like in house laundry.travel desk to take care of any of your travel needs excellent sevice by courteous staff. Close to the beach and important sightseeing places.Great restaurants with kinds of cuisine.Overall a great Holiday experience for me. TRY OUT FORT CASTLE..YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.BRIAN
